Beech Hyde is running a Sports Holiday club during the second week of the Easter holiday. The club will be run by Beech Hyde's very own Sports Coach Mr Drake, and will focus on a variety of sports. Children can attend some, or all four days. 

Aims: to provide a fun and active experience for children, build confidence, improve skills, form friendships 

When:  14-17 April 2025 - 9am-3pm

Where: Beech Hyde Primary School & Nursery. The club will have sole use of all the school facilities. The site is fully secure and entrance will be via the main office only.

Who: Children from Beech Hyde, St Helens and any other primary school, aged 7-11 years.

Staffing: Run by Beech Hyde Staff. Lead by Sports Coach, Paul Drake, and including a senior member of staff acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Activities: A variety of sports, including football, netball, tag rugby and other indoor and outdoor games.

Cost: £35 per day, or £120 for all four days. Full payment must be made to secure a place. Beech Hyde parents can pay via gateway. Alternatively, payment can be made by BACS or in cash. We also accept Tax Free Childcare as well as childcare vouchers.

Lunch: A packed lunch (nut free), including healthy snacks, should be provided by parents every day of attendance. Children should bring a water bottle - refills of bottled water will be provided. 

Children should come dressed for sport with layers, cold/wet weather options and suitable trainers. Studded boots are permitted for football/ tag rugby. 

For the enjoyment and safety of everyone, all children are expected to follow a good behaviour code. Any child who behaves in an unsafe, unkind or disruptive way, will be asked to leave the club. In this instance, parents/ carers will be called to collect their child.
